  • To develop an economy where essential, useful and beautiful goods and services are created in good quality, by good stewardship of resources, at a fair price and in sufficient quantity for the community.
  • To provide opportunities for gainful employment at a fair wage, so that the highest possible quality of life is achieved for the community by people using their skills in a meaningful and important way.
  • to discover and use God’s laws in such a way as to achieve a higher standard of living, better health, and better stewardship of all God’s natural resources.
  • To create things that are ever more efficient, cost-efficient, durable and safe that use less resources and protect the environment.
  • to provide a safe, nurturing environment for the next generation in order for them to experience love, care, discipline and the modeling of godly thinking so that they in turn will grow and learn to live by these values.
  • to ensure that everybody and especially every child can develop their God-given gifts in a supportive environment so that they can reach their highest potential and thereby serve others and play a constructive role in their community.
  • to provide truthful, important and objective information to the community so that citizens can make informed decisions.
  • To safeguard the freedom of speech so that truth can prove itself in an open forum.
  • The church workers are called to represent God to the people (by living lives of high moral standards and teaching) and to represent the people to God (by intercession).
  • to provide discipleship to all believers in the nature and character of God and in how to apply God’s Word to daily life and work.
  • To facilitate the expression of that faith in the worship and sacraments of the church.
